Because of the nature of cosmetics, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

✔ Eligible for Return:

• Unused skincare, tools, or accessories
• Items still sealed with protective film or caps

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

• Opened makeup, lipstick, mascara, foundation, etc.
• Products without original packaging

Time Limit:

All return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

Process:

  1. Submit a return request against your order
  2. Pack and ship with original packing label.

Refunds:

  1. Once inspected, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
